If a contact messages your business or you initiate a conversation with them, they count as a Monthly Active Contact for that month. We believe our pricing should reflect the value we deliver to you. Chats with contacts are opportunities to increase revenue and Monthly Active Contact pricing ensures you only pay for the contacts you talk to.
If you exceed your Monthly Active Contact limit, your operations will not be interrupted. You can add any additional contacts as addons.
AI usage is included at no extra cost on our plans. To prevent misuse, we have a fair use policy with generous limits that 99% of users will never reach, so you can use AI without worrying about unexpected charges.
Yes, you can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Billing section of the Platform and click Cancel Subscription.
