These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Domix.ai and the Agreement that operates between You (the “User”) and Domex Information Technology (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of Domix.ai and any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Company.
Your access to and use of Domix.ai is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using Domix.ai, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your access is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.

1. TERMS OF USE
Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section generally apply when using Domix.ai. By using Domix.ai, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:
- Users represent a Business;
- Users must be recognized as an adult by applicable law;
- User has the capacity to enter into this legally binding Agreement;
- Users aren’t located in a country that is subject to applicable government embargoes or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country.
1.1 Account Registration To use the Service, Users must register or create a User account, providing all required data truthfully. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. Unless explicitly permitted, a User account may not be shared. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete User accounts which it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
1.2 Content Provided by Company Unless where otherwise specified, all content available on Domix.ai is owned or provided by the Company or its licensors. Users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, or create derivative works from the content available on Domix.ai without explicit permission.
1.3 Content Provided by Users Users are solely liable for any content they upload, post, share, or provide through Domix.ai. By providing content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, and royalty-free license to process such content solely for the operation and maintenance of Domix.ai.
1.4 Acceptable Use Domix.ai and the Service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of Domix.ai violates no applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.
1.5 API Usage Terms Users may access their data relating to Domix.ai via the API. The Company bears no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the User’s use of the API or third-party products/services that access data through the API.
2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Free Trial Users may have the option to test Domix.ai during a limited and non-renewable trial period at no cost. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time.
2.2 Prices and Third-Party Fees Prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable fees, taxes, and costs. The Company may modify Subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. WhatsApp (Meta) messaging fees are billed directly by Meta to the client and are not included in our platform pricing.
2.3 Refunds Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for partial periods of service or unused time.
3. SUPPORT & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
3.1 Support Channels & Response Time Priority support is available via email (info@domix.ai) and a dedicated WhatsApp support line. We commit to a maximum response time of 4 hours for critical issues (e.g., system downtime or complete inbox failure) and 48 hours for standard inquiries and non-critical technical support during regular business hours.
3.2 Uptime & Downtime Compensation Domix.ai strives for a 99% service uptime. In the event of a verified service outage exceeding this limit, the client will be eligible for a service credit proportionate to the downtime duration, applied to the next month’s billing cycle.
3.3 SLA Exclusions This uptime guarantee strictly excludes downtime or performance issues caused by factors beyond Domix’s reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: global outages from cloud infrastructure providers, disruptions or changes in third-party APIs (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp, TikTok, or any other integrated channels), internet backbone failures, and force majeure events.
4. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
Domix.ai strictly complies with data protection standards. Your data, including contact lists, conversation logs, and customer information, is fully confidential. We do not sell, share, or expose your data to any third parties. All information is exclusively processed to operate your AI agents and automation workflows.
5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Domix.ai is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or demands made by any third party due to the User’s use of the Service.
6. COMMON PROVISIONS
4.1 Changes to these Terms The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The continued use of the Service will signify the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based. Users may bring any disputes to the Company, who will try to resolve them amicably by contacting legal@domix.ai.
