WhatsApp fees are not included in any Domix.ai subscription. Meta charges these fees based on your usage. Check out the WhatsApp Business API Pricing for an estimate of how much your messages can cost or contact us for the latest WhatsApp rates.

A Monthly Active Contact is someone you have talked to over chat during the billing month. If a contact messages your business or you initiate a conversation with them, they count as a Monthly Active Contact for that month. We believe our pricing should reflect the value we deliver to you. Chats with contacts are opportunities to increase revenue and Monthly Active Contact pricing ensures you only pay for the contacts you talk to.

If you exceed your Monthly Active Contact limit, your operations will not be interrupted. You can add any additional contacts as addons.

AI usage is included at no extra cost on our plans. To prevent misuse, we have a fair use policy with generous limits that 99% of users will never reach, so you can use AI without worrying about unexpected charges.

Yes, you can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Billing section of the Platform and click Cancel Subscription. You will continue to receive the features and limits of your plan until the end of the billing cycle. To upgrade, go to the Billing section of the Platform and click on “Talk to Sales”.
